Someone was wondering about the header here on this blog. Those are the first cloth art dolls my daughter ever sewed. I believe she was six, since the photo is dated 2006. She cut out shapes for the body from some outgrown sweaters, and then very carefully used a largish needle (I had to thread it for her)to hand sew the dolls together AND embroider the little face. All her own work. She makes jewelry too.

First dolls
